The Drury Tea & Coffee company, a specialist tea blender and coffee roaster, was founded in London in 1936 by three brothers from the Olmi family. Today, into its third generation, Drury serves the finest restuarants and discerning connoisseurs with quality products based on a formula that couples experience with traditional values and modern production techiniques.
Espresso Coffee
Our espresso coffee philosophy is simple: we source the very best green beans from around the globe and roast daily for maximum freshness. Our portfolio comprises 16 different espresso blends - we believe the largest range of any British roaster. This portfolio includes Organic, Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance certified coffee. Ensuring a long and healthy life for the people, wildlife and land involved in the production of coffee.
Filter & Cafetiere Coffee
Filter coffee, cafietiere or espresso. No matter how you serve your coffee, Drury has the expertise to help you achieve the taste you are striving for. With over 40 coffees for filter and cafetiere, ranging from evening drinking to all day drinking, we have invested in the most efficient roasting equipment and modern packaging technology to ensure that our products are delivered to you in prime condition.
Retail Grocery Coffee
Whether in bean form so that you can grind to order for your customers or pre-ground for use with filter, cafetiere or espresso equipment, all of our coffees are available for retail. We can also customise our packaging to incorporate your name and artwork to produce a unique product for resale.
Speciality Leaf teas and tea bags
Drurys collection of loose leaf teas and tea bags is extensive and eclectic, with well over 100 loose lea teas to choose from - all selceted with great care by our experienced tasters. Be it speciality teas such as English Breakfast, Earl Grey, a single estate Darjeeling or perhaps more exotic hand tied green and white teas from China or Japan, you will find a tea to suit your palate and pocket amongst our range.
Ancillaries
As well as our vast range or freshly roasted coffees and hand blended teas we also offer a range of anciliares to allow you to serve a full variety of hot beverages. These include a range of drinking chocolates including a superb fair trade cocoa, biscuits and biscotti, flavoured syrups, marshmallows and sugars. Should you require any other products we are always to source them from our network of suppliers.
Barista Equipment
In addition to our consumable products we also offer a full range of barista equipment for making the perfect coffee, including amongst others latte jugs, thermometers, shot glasses, cleaners, espresso and cappucino cups, take away containers and chocolate shakers.
