We take every effort to ensure that the information shown on this website is a clear and accurate representation of the products we are selling. However, the capabilities of the computer and monitors on which the site is being viewed, can and may, affect the colours, patterns and details of some of our product ranges. Although we aim to keep the information on this website as up to date and as accurate as possible, this website may contain inaccuracies and typographical errors.
We cannot confirm the price of a product until we have accepted your order. You will be informed at the point of placing your order if any prices or product details have changed.
We cannot guarantee that product availability, information and prices will be the same as any product availability, information and prices that are displayed in any of our high street retail stores.
In order to keep our website as accurate and as up to date as reasonably possible, it may be necessary from time to time, to restrict access to the site in order to undertake necessary maintenance work. We will make every effort to ensure that any down time or restricted access is kept to a minimum.
If ri-espresso.co.uk has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, any sum debited by ri-espresso.co.uk from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and ri-espresso.co.uk will notify you by telephone, email or in writing. The refund will be made as soon as possible.
Orders that include sale items may be sent incomplete if certain sale lines are out of stock. Your card will be refunded and you will be notified as above.
Roy Ireland Espresso Services must either itself or for and on behalf of advertisers, receive payment of the whole price for any goods or services that you order before your order shall be deemed ready for acceptance. Acceptance of your order shall be signified by the sending of an email to you at the email address you provide on the order form or by confirmation from one of the customer services team if placing an order via telephone. The acceptance of an order by Roy Ireland Espresso Services has the effect of bringing into existence a legally binding contract.
In order for a promotion or offer to be applied to your order a valid voucher code must be entered into the voucher code box on the basket page. Roy Ireland Espresso Services cannot be held liable for not discounting the order if a valid code has not been entered. If placing an order by telephone the voucher code must be quoted to the customer services member before placing your order.

An order constitutes a single delivery to a single address.
All prices are exclusive to www.ri-espresso.co.uk and may occasionally differ from other quoted prices.
Unless specifically agreed Roy Ireland Espresso Services will only deliver goods ordered by you to the billing address specified on your order.
Ownership of the goods you have ordered will pass to you on their being delivered to you or to the person/persons you nominate and we have agreed to deliver to. Once goods have been delivered to you, you hold them at your own risk and Roy Ireland Espresso Services will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
We deliver to the UK only.
All Roy Ireland Espresso Services UK mainland deliveries are made by courier or Royal Mail tracked service and are delivered on normal working days Monday to Friday, excluding any bank holidays.
If you are not at home Monday to Friday, we recommend arranging delivery to your work address.
If we do deliver to you at home and no one's in, our couriers or Royal Mail will leave a card telling you about how to collect your delivery. Any unclaimed or undelivered orders will eventually make their way back to our warehouse.
Goods ordered on our website before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day for delivery within 2 working days. Orders placed between 3pm Friday and 9am Monday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery within 2 working days.
Permission is granted only to electronically copy and/or print in hard copy any content of this website for the sole purpose of placing an order with Roy Ireland Espresso Services or when using the website as a shopping resource. Any other use of material from this site without prior written permission from Roy Ireland Espresso Services is strictly prohibited. If you wish to return any products or cancel your order, please inform our customer service department within 7 working days of placing your online order. A full refund, including your original delivery charge will be applied to your payment card as soon as we have received the returned goods, or notification of cancellation if the order has not been dispatched. We ask all customers to return goods to us, taking reasonable care. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, as per the Distance Selling Regulations. You will need to notify our customer service department to obtain a refund for online orders. A refund including the original postage will then be issued to the payment card.

Since 1 July 2007 the UK's Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive has been law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.
Much of the UK's WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health. Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill. Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown to the left. Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
Roy Ireland Espresso Services covers the costs of all WEEE fees on all of our new and used equipment purchased on our website.
